Our mission is to bring you the legendary flavours of the Aegean coast, served with great hospitality and love. We pride ourselves in sourcing the best fresh local ingredients and specific Greek and Turkish products.
Our Odyssey
Our childhood experience was shaped by seemingly timeless Summers along the Aegean coast of Turkey. A land scattered with the ancient ruins of past periods of glory, imprinted with the legends of the great heroes and kings of old. The epic poems that recount the exploits of Achilles and of Hector during the time of the Trojan War made an indelible impression on our young minds. This deep fusion of Greek and Turkish history, coupled with the sights, smells and tastes of wonderful dishes prepared by the street vendors and “lokanta” (restaurants) in seaside villages dotted along the turquoise coastline, crystallised the vision for Aegean Odyssey. And so we set out to bring to you some of these memories in the form of flavours which evolved over millennia in this sun-kissed, ancient and legendary land.
